old Castlemaine Gaol

Get ready to glam up and get spooky at the Old Castlemaine Gaol this Halloween!

From 7:30pm, experience an adults-only night with a live band, DJs, performers, cocktails, dancing and spooky surprises.​Explore the gaol’s Trick-or-Treat Alley, with 10 transformed cells packed with creepy characters, games and mischief. Come dressed to dazzle.

Bid on some local art, grab a drink, have a chat, and support Fringe through our biggest fundraiser for the year.

The Art Auction is an important event on the Fringe fundraising calendar, with 50% of the proceeds of all artworks sold going directly towards funding the next Castlemaine Fringe Festival.
