ABOUT THE EVENT

THE RED HILL HOTEL IS SUPPORTING THE FIRST IN A SERIES OF SUMMER SESSIONS, TO RAISE MONEY FOR & CASTLEMAINE FRINGE!

  • Duncan Graham has been performing his own songs in various outfits for over two decades, most prominently with The Co-Accused, now a new band known as The Way In are here to play direct, intentional and melodious music with poetic words weaved throughout. Joined by exceptional violinist Jan Palethorpe for , expect soulful and poetic epics, delivered in a way that shows off the tenderness and elegance that lives within.

  • Family Affair are Charlie Marshall & Louie Marshall: the father-son partnership of former Body Electric and Harem Scarem Melbourne based singer-songwriter guitarist Charlie Marshall and jazz improvising multi-instrumentalist Louie Marshall. This new collaboration couples Charlie’s characteristic soulful vocals, astute lyrics and pure feel rhythm guitar with Louie’s instinctive musical touch and improvisation on keyboards, vocals and tenor sax.

  • Tom Woodward is a folk singer, guitar picker and writer of strange but compelling songs. Tom likes to think of himself as more of a seventies punk rocker who just happens to express his vomit-laden soul with an acoustic guitar instead of a distortion pedal.

Funds raised from this show will go towards producing the 2025 Castlemaine Fringe Festival
